Water Efficiency Grant

Circle Pines is offering rebates to residents to encourage water conservation and the replacement of older, inefficient appliances and fixtures. Upgrade to approved Energy Star® or WaterSense® appliances and fixtures to earn a rebate-credited to your water bill.

Eligible Items for a rebate:
Washing Machine-Up to $200
Dishwasher-Up to $150
Toilet-Up to $100 
Irrigation Controller-Up to $100
Irrigation Audit-Up to $200.

Limited to 2 per household. 
If you would like to take advantage of the grant, please submit the following
1. Completed Water Efficiency Grant Application.
2. Copy of Receipt of the qualifying devices(s)
3. Photo of the new device installed.
4. Documentation that identify the model, purchase date and Energy Star® or WaterSense®. 

All materials must be submitted to City of Circle Pines, contingent on funds still being available. The city of Circle Pines reserves the right to conduct an inspection to verify the installation of products at the specified address.
