Rental Housing License Information

Licenses are required for rental housing in Circle Pines. If you own a rental property, please fill out the Rental License Application and return it to the City of Circle Pines, the fee is $100. Once the application is completed and the fee has been paid, please contact Centennial Fire at 651-792-7900 or email chief@centennialfire.org to schedule an inspection of the unit. 

If the rental license process is not completed with in 30 days a $50 late fee will be incurred and if not completed within 60 days a $100 late fee will be incurred.

If there are no violations, the license will expire in four (4) years. If there are violations, the license will expire in two (2) years. All violations must be corrected before a license is issued.
