Circle Pines Recycle/Clean Up Day

Residents of Circle Pines (I.D. required) can bring all materials that is disposed of on regular garbage days with the exception of curbside recyclables, hazardous waste and yard waste. Recycled Items are Free:

SHREDDING: A shredding company will be present to shred residential documents containing personal information and records. Items will be shredded in bulk as loads accumulate.

ELECTRONICS: laptop, tablet or notebook computer; server; computer cable; cell phone or home phone; any size television, residential printer, scanner, satellite receiver, power supply, stereo component, boom box, speakers, battery backup, fax machine, typewriter, VCR, DVD, DVR, modem or router, fluorescent light fixture or ballast.

APPLIANCES: dehumidifier, dishwasher, dryer, freezer, furnace, garbage disposal, humidifier, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, trash compactor, washer, water cooler, water heater (empty), water softener (empty), vacuum, air conditioner (window), coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, mixer, blender, iron, floor fan, portable sewing machine, hand-held and rechargeable vacuum.

AUTOMOTIVE ITEMS: antifreeze; used oil (in 3-gallon or less container); oil filters; scrap metal (non-metal removed); motor vehicle batteries, tires (on or off rim).

FLUORESCENT BULBS: do not tape bulbs.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: bicycles; household batteries; mattress or box spring, crib mattress, hand-held or rechargeable tools, propane cylinders (empty), fire extinguishers, grill (propane tank removed), mowers (riding or push), ice auger or snow blower - all with oil and gas removed, exercise equipment (motorized or nonmotorized).

Garbage-Will be taken for a FEE Carload-$10 ~Truck Load - $30 ~ Trailer Load- $40 ~ Larger than a trailer -$50 Residents can bring 3 bags of garbage for free.
***Garbage must be bagged or boxed. Unbagged garbage may not be taken.

Donations- We will be collecting eyeglasses, hearing aids and sunglasses for the Minnesota Lions. As well as nonperishable food items for the Centennial Community Food Shelf.
