City of Circle Pines/Centennial Utilities is seeking a full-time Public Works/Gas Maintenance Worker. Primary duties include gas system maintenance, including installation of new gas mains and service lines, and installation of gas meters. Performs water, sewer and street maintenance and snowplowing duties.  Pay rate range $37.35-42.98. Minimum requirements are a high school diploma, ability to operate public works equipment.  Three years-experience in gas utility operations is desired. Working hours are Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. City/Utilities Application must be filled out.  Applications accepted until 4:00 p.m. January 7, 2026.  E.O.E. The City of Circle Pines City Council is looking for applicants for commission and advisory board positions. Volunteers play an important role in providing democratic government for Circle Pines. Serving on a commission or board is an excellent way to share citizen input and put individuals’ talents to use. The following positions are due for appointment in January: Three positions on the Utilities Commission, two on the Planning Commission and one for the Park Board.
Additional information on each board or commission can also be found at the city website as well. Applications must be received at Circle Pines city offices by 4 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Applications are available here.

Winter Parking Regulations

Just a reminder that there is no parking on city streets everyday from 2 a.m.-6 a.m. or anytime it snows more than 2 inches.

Vehicles will be ticketed if they are left on the streets.
